Abdominoplasty
Abdominoplasty, often called a tummy tuck, is a procedure designed to remove excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen. It is also used to tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall. Abdominoplasty is an ideal plastic surgery for men and women bothered by loose abdominal skin and muscle that won't respond to diet or exercise for reasons such as weakened muscles, pregnancy or previous surgeries.

The abdominoplasty surgery consists of an incision just below the pubic area and a second incision to free the navel from surrounding tissue. Muscles in the abdomen are then tightened by pulling them closer together and stitching them into their new position. Extra skin is then removed, leaving a flatter, tighter abdomen.
