Radiesse™
Radiesse™ is a long lasting facial filler made of calcium hydroxylapatite. Radiesse is FDA approved for the treatment of facial wrinkles. An injection of Radiesse™ delivers tiny microspheres to fill in lines and wrinkles without surgery. Because Radiesse™ lasts longer than other injections, it is particularly effective for restoring cheek fullness and improving the look of acne scars, as well as diminishing lines around the nose, mouth and jowls.
Radiesse™ injections usually take less than thirty minutes. Topical or local anesthesia may be applied and any mild discomfort will disappear within a day or two. Results are visible almost immediately and last up to a year, depending on the appearance desired and optional touch-ups.
