Directions

Advanced Cosmetic Surgery is conveniently located in Natick, Massachusetts at 6 Union St., just minutes off the Massachusetts TurnPike. Free parking is in the parking lot adjacent to our building, as well as in an underground garage.

Directions to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery
From the North and East:
  1. Take Route 128 South to Exit 21B (Route 16 West)
  2. Travel Route 16 West to Route 135 West
  3. Go past Wellesley College.
  4. Once beyond the lights at the college campus, travel about 2 miles to the next traffic light
  5. Turn Left onto Union Street.
  6. We are the first building on the left. (6 Union Street)
From Mass Turnpike:
  1. Take the Massachusetts Turn Pike to Exit 13.
  2. Bear Left toward Natick and go onto Route 30 East.
  3. Stay on Route 30 through the first intersection.
  4. Go past Lake Cochituate to the second intersection.
  5. This will be the intersection of Routes 30 and Route 27.
  6. Turn Right onto Route 27
  7. Travel South into the Business District.
  8. Turn Left onto Route 135
  9. Travel East approximately 0.4 miles to the next traffic light.
  10. Turn Right onto Union Street.
  11. We are the first building on the left. (6 Union Street)
From Route 9:
  1. Take Route 9 to Route 27 South (Natick and Sherborn).
  2. Travel 2.6 miles to Route 135, Natick Center.
  3. Turn Left onto Route 135 East.
  4. Travel approximately 0.4 miles.
  5. Turn Right at the next traffic light.
  6. This is Union Street.
  7. We are the first building on the left. (6 Union Street)
From the Medway, MA Area:
  1. Travel Route 109 through Millis and Medfield.
  2. Turn Leftonto Route 27at the light near Friendly’s.
  3. Stay on Route 27 to Natick Center and Route 135.
  4. Turn Right onto Route 135 East.
  5. Travel approximately 0.4 miles to the next traffic light.
  6. This is Union Street.
  7. Turn Right onto Union Street.
  8. We are the first building on the left. (6 Union Street)
From Rhode Island and the South Shore:
  1. Travel Route 128 North to Exit 17.
  2. Travel Route 135 West through Needham and Wellesley
  3. Go past Wellesley College and travel approximately 2 more miles.
  4. Turn Left onto Union Street
  5. We are the first building on the left. (6 Union Street)
