George M. Hricko, M.D., F.A.C.S. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
George M. Hricko, M.D., is a certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of Plastic
Surgery. He began his higher education at Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland, where he
received a Bachelor of Science degree. From Loyola, he went on to earn his M.D. degree at
the University of Maryland Medical School. His training in surgery began with an internship
at Yale-New Haven Medical Center and included work at Harvard Medical School and the
University of Maryland, where he was named chief resident in surgery.
Before entering the plastic surgery residents program, Dr. Hricko completed a fellowship in
plastic surgery at Children's Hospital Medical Center, Peter Bent Brigham Hospital and Harvard
Medical School, in Boston. He then entered the residency program and was appointed chief
resident in plastic surgery at the same hospital complex.

As a board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Hricko maintains active memberships in the American
Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons and the International Society of
Clinical Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Hricko has published and presented numerous articles on surgery
throughout the country.
